💬 Questions & Answers

Q1: Are you selling AWS credits?

A1: Yes, we provide services that can be used to offset AWS costs. If your AWS account has outstanding invoices, we can pay them. If you don't have an AWS account, we can offer a new AWS account to you.

Q2: What type of AWS accounts do you offer?

A2: We offer normal, stable, and long-term usable AWS accounts from a US-based reseller. These are not startup accounts, sponsored accounts, or promotional credit accounts. Our accounts, organization, payment methods, and contact information are all based in the US.

Q3: Do the provided AWS accounts have Root access?

A3: We cannot provide Root access. You will receive an IAM User account with pre-assigned necessary permissions. If you need additional permissions, we can help add them.

Q4: Can your accounts be used across multiple regions?

A4: No. The accounts we provide are typically fixed to a single AWS region (one account per region). If you need to deploy resources in multiple regions, we will provide you with a corresponding number of separate accounts.
⚠️ Warning: Attempting to launch resources across multiple regions within a single, fixed-region account carries a high risk of account suspension.

Q5: Which types of EC2 instances can be used?

A5: The AWS accounts provided through our system typically have some usage limitations. We support common instance types ranging from T2.micro up to C5n or M5zn, but we do not currently support GPU EC2 instances.

Q6: What are the typical AWS service quotas?

A6: Quotas can be adjusted based on your specific needs. We typically start with tens of vCPUs, and these can be increased incrementally as your actual scaling requirements grow.

Q7: Do you provide support for AWS AI services like Claude or Bedrock?

A7: Currently, the AWS accounts in our managed area do not provide or support AWS AI services like Claude or Bedrock. Our primary customer demand is focused on foundational compute resources like EC2 instances. However, if your AWS accounts use any services like Claude and incur costs, we can pay those bills.

Q8: Do all AWS products and services receive tiered discounts?

A8: Yes, all AWS products and services receive tiered discounts from 10-40% based on your monthly usage. This includes domain registration, AWS Support plans like Business/Enterprise, and contact center services like Amazon Connect.

Q9: How do I calculate the amount I need to pay?

A9: The payment is calculated based on your monthly AWS usage tier: $0-500 (10% off), $500-2000 (20% off), $2000-5000 (30% off), $5000+ (40% off).
📊 Examples:
• $300 bill → Pay $270 (10% off)
• $1000 bill → Pay $800 (20% off)
• $3000 bill → Pay $2100 (30% off)
• $8000 bill → Pay $4800 (40% off)

Q10: What payment methods do you accept?

A10: Once we've finalized our agreement, we'll send you a payment request link powered by Payoneer. This allows you to conveniently pay using common methods like your credit card or bank account. Additionally, if you prefer to use cryptocurrency, you can easily convert it through an open market exchange and then transfer the funds via Payoneer.

Q11: Do you offer technical support, such as machine migration or deployment?

A11: Yes, we offer technical support. For machine migration within AWS (e.g., transferring EC2 instances from other AWS accounts), we can assist using Amazon Machine Images (AMIs). We can also provide assistance via remote desktop tools like AnyDesk.

Q12: Can you help me migrate machines from Google Cloud to AWS?

A12: Cross-cloud platform migration (e.g., from Google Cloud to AWS) typically requires redeployment and cannot be directly "pulled over." We have limited experience with this type of cross-platform migration.

Q13: How do I activate an AWS account? What information do I need to provide?

A13: We will give you an AWS account to use. To activate a US AWS account, you will need to provide the following information to us:
  • The region where you plan to launch machines (e.g., US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), or Asia Pacific (Jakarta))
  • The type of machines you plan to launch (e.g., T3.Medium or instances with 4 cores and 8GB RAM)
  • Your estimated monthly consumption amount

Q14: How do I start using the account after receiving the information?

A14: We will send the IAM User login credentials to your email. Once you receive the information, you can log in and begin launching instances.

Q15: Can you explain how you handle my monthly and outstanding bills?

A15: Upon your purchase, we'll use our high-level billing management account to cover your account's current monthly bill. This means any usage charges incurred this month, which would typically be invoiced and collected at the beginning of next month, will be handled by us.
💡 Process: Additionally, if you have any outstanding bills from a previous billing period, we can process those for you as well. To facilitate this, we'll need to link your account to our payment system. This process requires a brief remote session using either AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Q16: What do I get after making a purchase?

A16: Upon your purchase, we'll use our high-level billing management account to cover your account's current monthly bill. This means any usage charges incurred this month, which would typically be invoiced and collected at the beginning of next month, will be handled by us. Additionally, if you have any outstanding bills from a previous billing period, we can process those for you as well.
💡 Setup Process: To facilitate this, we'll need to link your account to our payment system. This process requires a brief remote session using either AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Q17: Which service charges can your service cover?

A17: Our service covers all types of charges generated within your AWS account. This includes common expenses like EC2 instance running costs, data transfer fees, and even Marketplace subscription fees, among others. Essentially, if it's a charge on your AWS bill, we can handle it.

Q18: Why might someone need AWS credits?

A18: There are many scenarios where AWS credits are valuable:
  • Trying Out AWS Services: New users can explore different AWS services without significant upfront financial risk
  • Development and Testing: Developers can spin up development environments and iterate on projects
  • Proof of Concept (POC): Startups can build and launch initial products or demonstrate ideas to investors
  • Learning and Education: Students gain hands-on experience with AWS services
  • Cloud Migration: Organizations can offset initial costs of setting up and transferring data
  • Scaling Applications: Businesses can manage increased costs during expansion phases
  • Disaster Recovery: Setting up robust backup solutions with cost assistance

Q19: How can $1000 in AWS credits help reduce costs?

A19: $1000 in AWS credits provides significant cost benefits:
💰 Direct Cost Reduction: Every dollar of eligible service usage applies a dollar of credit, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Extended Free Tier: Effectively extends usage beyond standard 12-month Free Tier limits
  • Lower Barrier to Entry: Makes AWS accessible for individuals and startups with limited budgets
  • Experimentation Freedom: Encourages exploring more AWS services without cost concerns
  • Budget Predictability: Provides a period of predictable lower costs for better planning
  • Focus on Building: Reduces cost pressures, allowing focus on development rather than billing
  • Startup Advantage: Critical savings in early stages when every dollar counts
